The Brocher Summer Academy brings together distinguished professors from different disciplines and countries and highly promising researchers willing to acquire a strong background on a chosen topic. Beside a high level of teaching, a limited number of participants gives the students a rare opportunity to meet personally many established international professors.

The sessions take place at the Brocher Centre in Geneva, Switzerland in an amazing and peaceful environment on the shore of the Lake of Geneva.

The Summer Academy 2015 will address a much controversial topic: Assisted Reproductive Technologies.

The impact in social life, the dimension of the infertility problem, the challenges raised by new developments of ART, Donor related issues, homoparenting, public policy and legislative regulations on reproduction, embryo and gamete statue, and economic and cost-effectiveness analysis, insurance policies implications and regulatory agencies, are all subjects that will be discuss during the five days of the Academy.

Young scholars and advanced graduate student in philosophy, political science, economics and other social science, the biomedical science, health policy, global health and physicians can apply.
